Mô tả công việc :

- Report to Regional Sales Manager, this Area Sales Manager will manage 6 sales representatives.
- Manage the sales target and support listing tender in assigned field.
- Build strong rapport, creating and maintaining good relationship with target customers, KOLs.
- Educate professionals and customers in this field on products.
- Set KPI and assign territory for the sales team. Manage sales teams performance. Able to handle, coach and supervise sales team.
- Follow up & providing feedback on promotional campaigns.
- Keep up to date product knowledge.
- Feedback competitors’ activities.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Bachelor degree in related field.
At least 3-5 years in related industry.
At least 1-2 years in team management role.
Problem solving, analytical ability
Communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skill
