* Department: Marketing & Business Development
I. Job Purpose:
Support Marketing & Business Development Manager to carry out branding activities effectively following Circle K brand guidelines and make Circle K to the “Most Preferred CVS Brand in Viet Nam”.
II. Job accountabilities;
- Coordinate with related teams to creatively promote Circle K brand and ensure the great look and feel at store level through standardized POSM (point of sales material) which are consistent with Circle K branding strategy and guidelines.
- Coordinate with Design team to develop and prepare POSM and Decoration for New Store Opening with all POSM in place on time for the opening.
- Work with agencies to develop ideas, carry out events and related communication activities with reports to support sales.
- Closely work with Digital team to carry out online activities to support offline activities.
- Work closely with merchandising team and other departments (Operations, Finance, IT…) to successfully roll out promotion programs, new product/services campaigns, special projects to jointly achieve company’s objectives.
- Manage and control suppliers of Brand Development team to ensure they follow Circle K guidelines and standard.
- Manage Marketing budget and Marketing expense
- Explore other business opportunities which eventually improve other income (product display, non – suppliers’ branding at Circle K stores…), store traffic, sales, brand exposure, reputation and profile of the Company.
- Conduct market intelligence in terms of marketing initiatives/trends in the market as well as competitors’ marketing activities/initiatives and strategies.
- Develop and motivate team members with the required competencies, skills and mentality in meeting company and department goals.
Yêu cầu công việc :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (retail experience is preferable)
- Excellent communication proficiency (in all 4 skills)
- Excellent PowerPoint/ presentation skill
- Pay attention to details
- Positive, open to new ideas, creative, dare to do things differently
- Trendy, dynamic & willing to learn
- High level of responsibility, commitment & integrity
