Mô tả công việc :

1. Business Partner
- Facilitates strategy implementation, decision-making process and management reviews
- Identifies risks and opportunities and actively participates in growth initiatives
- Makes recommendations for improvement and optimization
2. Analysis and Performance Measurement
- Measures performance of all functions on basis of centrally provided standard reports (toolkits)
- Monitors target achievement of direct and indirect functions
3. Planning and Forecasting
- Supports Country CEO in Target Setting process
- Actively supports cross functional alignments (esp. demand/supply planning)
- Manages overall forecasting process
4. Initiation and monitoring of actions
- Facilitates preparation and implementation of action plans
- Continuous follow up on initiatives and action plans
- Escalates to CFO/regional Management, if corrective measures are needed
5. Business Case support
- Leads preparation of business cases and monitors implementation/achievement (timeline and cost)
6. Liaise with Working Capital Management (WCM)
- Ensures alignment with WCM to present full view of the country’s financial position
7. Leads and supervises the Country Business Controlling Team
- Allocates tasks to the respective controllers within the Country Business Controlling Team
- Supervises the controlling activities
- Assess performance of the team

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree with focus on Finance or equivalent qualification
- 5-10 years working experience in Controlling
- Knowledge of logistic industry preferable
- Very good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Assertive, persistent and able to challenge
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Team player with good leadership skills
- Fluent in English
