Our company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive/s to develop and implement growth opportunities in our existing and potential growth areas of HOMAG Group’s Solutions. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we’re looking for potential leaders who understand how to leverage real data and capitalize on business opportunities.
We’re looking for experienced person/s who are customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt and help grow our diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.
Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.
Brand Building: Generate and maintain goodwill between the Company and its customers by all possible means. Ensure that enquiries are handled systematically and in a manner which builds a reputation as a responsive Company.
Prospecting: Systematically identify and review customers within the market and maintain and foster professional relations with them at appropriate frequency and level.
Needs Analysis: The ability to understand and discuss financial and strategic issues with customers and having the ability to prepare and discuss a cost benefit analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Associated degree / Diploma in a related field (Engineering degree desirable)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in applicable field
- Strong Time management
- Multi lingual skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Personal skills:
- Enjoy working in an international environment
- Positive and proactive attitude – self disciplined
- Solution oriented with ability to work independent, take initiatives and drive processes
- Good communicative and writing skills in English
- Excellent Computer skills (Windows software suite)
- Verbal and written communication, Detail orientated
- Preparation and conduct presentations where necessary
- Confidentiality / Compliance awareness
- Able to combine theoretical knowledge and practical skills
- Motivated and ambitious – Drive the business
