Rolling Ant is developing a 3D Home Furniture Ecommerce Platform that allows Consumers to see inspirational Home Designs and Decor within the context of their own home leveraging 3D Visualization Technology.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Team. This is a great opportunity to progress your career with a fast-paced 3D Ecommerce Business Venture from the ground up.

What will you be responsible for?
• Develop and lead a high caliber Business Development Team who is driven to deliver results. Monitoring the performance of the Team in closing deals and retaining business clients, and building corrective/improving initiatives.
• Executes tactical plans to meet and exceed Sales and Partnership Development targets.
• Maintains a healthy sales pipeline at all times by continually engaging new clients and maintaining existing clients.
• Conducts sales presentations and carry out meetings with clients.
• Prepares and presents written proposals, quotations and contracts
• Design and implement a strategic business plan for achieving Business growth in line Corporate objectives

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor Degree and above in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or relevant disciplines
• Must have at least 05 years of Business Development/Partnership experience in B2B environment, 03 years management experience is a plus.
• Having a positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
• Strong at negotiation to get the best deal out of every partnership
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Having a can-do positive attitude and result orientation
• Having exposure to the Home Furniture Industry is a plus
