Mô tả công việc :
A. Purpose
Commercial Officer is to support Commercial Team Leader for all commercial and operational matters in connection with sale and supply and logistics of products and other works assigned and instructed by Commercial Team Leader and higher.
B. Responsibility
• Developing and managing the offtake plan for assigned products;
• Managing all orders provided by offtakers, spot buyers;
• Coordinating with offtakers and Production Planning Section to fix shipment schedule in order to achieve safe and smooth operation and meet the Refinery production plan.
• Preparing and negotiating with offtakers on sales volume, delivery schedule and price.
• Preparing all necessary works for bidding.
• Calculating sales price for products; analyzing the trend of price’s components of each product. Following up and ensuring receipt of payment from buyers as scheduled.
• Making and checking all yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly supply & demand and price forecast reports.
• Analyzing and creating shipment improvement plan.
• Performing other jobs assigned by Commercial Team Leader and DSM/SM.
Yêu cầu công việc :
1. Educational Level: University Graduated
2. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience
3. Specialty/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Engineer Degree in Petroleum and/or Petrochemicals Industry or Equivalent
- Be familiar with all Government regulations, applicable company policies and procedures for Refinery.
- Well trained in planning, shipping, supply and logistics, petroleum and petrochemicals field.
- Having knowledge and experience in trading, supply and logistics and taxes for petroleum products, petrochemicals products or crude oil or relevant.
- Having experience in preparation of workflows, procedures, manuals.
- Having knowledge for bidding.
- Having knowledge of marine facilities design and experience in tanker operation, refinery feedstock, products.
4. Skills:
- Capability in negotiation of products sale agreement and tanker charter party.
- Ability to convince customer.
- Capability in developing plan and coordinating with relevant sections, divisions to arrange and deliver cargoes to customer.
- Good Report writing and presentation skills.
- Good English skills IELTS 5.5 (or relevant)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
