Job Description
• Interfacing with related brand and product team to understand social media campaign requirement and work with content, community, influencers, and other relevant teams to execute them;
• Be the voice of our Experience product engaging with audiences, and create best-in-class experiences for its fans and followers. Also be the Experience product’s eyes and ears across all key social channels observing, responding, amplifying notable mentions and trends internally and externally in media;
• Run day to day operations of the community, leverage and contribute social media, and drive programs to increase the brand equity through communications, healthy dialogue, engagement and evangelism with customers, partners and prospects in support of marketing and product initiatives;
• Lead and oversee community program execution through online and offline initiatives;
• Coordinating social media campaign execution with different relevant stakeholders which include but not limited to content creation, influencer engagement, community engagement, workflow, reporting and analytics;
• Coordinate with different stakeholders in the company to engage relevant communities through online and social media and community activations;
• Define, monitor and organize key metrics, KPI and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation and implement continuous improvement to Social Media activity;
• Work closely with product team to ensure new product development will always come into consideration for Community and Social marketing activity;
• Follow the latest trend in content, communities, social media, and product related landscape to identify content, channels and engagement opportunities.
Yêu cầu công việc :
• 2+ years of experience in communications, online community management or social media marketing;
• Experience in manage multiple concurrent projects;
• Experience working cross-functionally with an array of internal teams;
• Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space;
• Effective relationship management skills with an eye for detail;
• Deep understanding of local and regional culture, trends, social media channels, and personalities;
• Flexible and independent, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Process-oriented; able to invent and simplify the process.
