Mô tả công việc :

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION
Develop and maintain ScanCom Vietnam (SCVN) management systems for Environmental, Health and Safety and Social Accountability to comply with relevant standards, customers requirements and all relevant legislation.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND AUTHORITIES:
✓ Develop and maintain the environmental management system (EMS) according to ISO 14001 standard, the Occupational Health and Safety management system (OHS) to comply with the OHSAS 18001 standard, the Social Accountability management system to comply with the SA 8000 standard, customers requirements and relevant legislation.
✓ Develop and maintain CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) management to comply with BSCI Code of Conduct.
✓ Establish, implement, and maintain documents and records for the CSR management systems.
✓ Make planning for monitoring and measurement of environmental aspects.
✓ Work with contractors on matters related to hazardous waste, measurements, etc.
✓ Evaluate the compliance of CSR management system to relevant legislation and other requirements.
■,/ Support and give CSR instructions to all shop floors, relevant departments for implementation.
✓ Contact with external parties for audits, certification and relevant training.
✓ Update the CSR system according to valid Vietnamese legislation and customers requirements.
✓ Control and monitor regular internal audits to assure compliance.
✓ SCVN representative person to work and deal with authorized parties for CSR.
✓ Act as SCVN representative for customers CSR audits and follow up on audits.
✓ Be SCVN management representative for IWAY standard and other relevant ethical Code of Conduct.
✓ Update ScanComs supply chain for IWAY standard and other relevant ethical standard.
✓ Provide CSR input for investment projects and layout changes.
✓ Make sure new materials and new processes caused no OHS, EMS risks by consulting relevant departments (TD, R &D, Procurement, and Production).
✓ Arrange documents for internal training in OHS, EMS.
✓ Handle training to management levels in shop floor and office for ethical topic/requirements from customers or legal where relevant
✓ Follow up on CSR non-conformance reports (CAPA) and corrective-preventive actions.
✓ Prepare all inputs for regular CSR management reviews and give proposals for improvements of the system.
✓ Control and monitor ScanCom List of Restricted Substances (LRS) for all existing and new materials to comply with customers requirements and relevant regulations.
✓ Handle and monitor wood traceability and legalities for ScanCom supply chain in term of FSC or EU regulation.
✓ Make monthly CSR/HSE report per factory area for SCVN management.
C. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
1. Internal:
Cooperate with Senior Factory Managers, Production Manager and relevant department heads to implement and continuously improve all issues related to CSR.
2. External:
✓ Lead contact to Management Board of Industrial Park, local authorities on CSR issues.

OHS Manager
CSR Assistant Manager, CSR Supervisor

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor Degree, major in all field of Chemical, Mechanical, Labor Law, Safety, Business Administration
* At least 10 years experience in Corporate Social Responsibility at manufacturing companies, big headcount from 1000 people above
* Experience in Social Compliance, CSR Lead Auditor at Third parties is a plus
* Well understanding about social compliance, HSE, CSR, HR Law, Social Compliance, Environment Law, Chemical standard…
* Well understanding about BSCI, SMETA, ICS, C-TPAT, FSC, REACH Compliance, RSL
* Must understanding about FOC-COC of furniture industry
* Good at Auditing skill
* Good at English skill
* Good at leadership and presentation, persuade skill
* Good at problem solving and follow up deadline
