Mô tả công việc :

* POSITION OVERVIEW:
 To represent the company by providing after sales services to all customers
 To support Customer Service Manager/ Assistant Customer Service Manager by administrating the information/ report to all related department
* RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. After sales service:
 Receive and reply requests, inquiries, complaints from purchasers (from phone calls, emails, or directly).
 Update information on CRM for related departments to work on : Project update (monthly), Birthday Congratulation, Holiday wishing, etc...
 Resale - Receive Unit Assignment request (resell after/ before SPA if required), consult the procedure, liaise with Admin, Accountant, Legal to get the process done and return re-sale documents (after checked and signed) to Purchaser/Agents
 Bank mortgage - Working with the related departments Admin, Accountant, Legal to provide document to apply for bank mortgage to purchaser if required.
 Inform purchaser to collect related documents for pink book submission and handover pink book to Purchaser.
 Liaise with Finance and Banker to summit Bank Guarantee (BG)s supportive documents and handover BG to Purchaser.
2. Collection:
 Send payment/reminder/warning/termination notice and receipts to purchasers by emails and phone calls.
 Liaise with Sale to push for payment collection.
 Collect all payment extension request, interest waiving request and update to Management to seek approval and feedback to purchaser.
 Follow up payment and report aging cases (if any).
 Send handover notice and follow up payment with Accountant.
3. Sales support:
 Support Sale in house and Agents to get Sale Documents (Quotation/Deposit Agreement/Sale and Purchase Agreement) signed.
 Contact and handover signed Deposit Agreement/Sale and Purchase Agreement to Purchaser/Sale/Agent.
 Keep track daily/monthly DA/SPA signing status and update to Management.
4. Sales event:
 Welcome guests if required.

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Education Graduated University/ College
* Communication skills Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other partners
* PC skills Good at Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Experience At least 1-year experience in related field
* Language
Proficient English (both speaking and writing), Vietnamese
Preferable: Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
* Key characteristics
 Hard-working attitude
 Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;
 Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task;
 Literacy, for writing reports and presentations;
 Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
 Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
