Mô tả công việc :
• Follow with BPO to complete payment break-out and issue invoices on time at the beginning of the new month
• Handle cross-checking monthly payments for all service suppliers
• Payment data to be checked and verified to ensure corrected information
• Follow up with FIN to fix all payments’ roadblock (if any)
• Ensure CSs monthly costs to be updated and monitoring on Payment Dashboard
• Compare and reports monthly actual costs Vs the budget every month.
• Insightful cost analysis with Line Manager
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Payment process knowledge for BPO’s project
• Great spirit of cooperation and the ability to work cross-teams.
• Familiar with numbers & can read and analyze trend numbers
• Critical thinking going along with problem solving skill
• Can-do attitude
• Supportive mindset
• E-commerce experience preferred
• Reporting skill
