Ferosh, Online Platform targeting only in high-class fashion clothing and accessories. Ferosh aims to give customers access to a wide range of the highest quality designer labels and fashion brands of today.
Designer labels are increasingly de rigueur for women seeking to express themselves through their choice of clothing and stylistic sensibilities. Each item displayed on Ferosh is carefully selected to appeal to the high-end market. The criteria for selection focus on the qualities and styles of different designers in terms of materials employed and the treatment of the fabric.
Ferosh’s vision is to become the first and foremost fine fashion designer online destination for Vietnamese buyers, selling selected designer clothing and accessories. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader (Free/ Paid Marketing Channels) to join our young, dynamic, start-up teams. As a digital marketing team leader, you are responsible of planning, developing digital performance marketing strategy across all Ferosh Channels.
2. Responsibilities and Duties
As Digital Marketing Team Leader, you will report directly to BOD, you will be responsible for:
● Manage Free/ Paid teams (around 10 people);
● Develop the digital performance marketing strategy across all Free/ Paid channels including but not limited to search, social, display and retargeting across mobile;
● Propose marketing online budget distribution between categories and channels;
● Work with Facebook and Google to optimize budget and methodology for each period;
● Works with the Analytics team to understand attribution and how to accurately measure the importance and ranking of each channel;
● Involve directly into profession-related issues arised within department responsibility. Support direct subordinates in case of overload;
● Randomly check daily tasks of direct subordinate in order to make necessary changes;
● Conduct regular and irregular reports;

Yêu cầu công việc :

We are open for all candidates with or without eCommerce background who have the competencies below:
● 1 - 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing across all Free/ Paid channels. Strong expertise on SEM is a bonus.
● Very strong analytical & critical thinking with data-driven;
● Have a good understanding of internet advertising technologies and understand the marketing channel attribution model.
● Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams;
● Organization and project management skills in a dynamic, fast paced environment
