Mô tả công việc :

- Be the main contact between clients and other departments to ensure the information flow from first phrase to the closure is appropriately interpreted, recorded and directed to the involved parties.
- Lead projects for clients where consultancy for potential budgets, technologies, progress and resources is clearly made and proposed, even higher level of creative and strategic recommendation to the client.
- Coordinate with cross-functional managers to provide the client with the best offer in regards to quality, timely delivery and reporting, ensure software development standards and practices mutually identified and agreed in order to reach the target quality throughout project life cycle.
- Create file numbers, gather and analyze the information from client and internal database in order to create unique and reliable reports for in-charged personnel to track.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all internal and external deadlines are reached including the status of projects, implementation, feedback and revision.
- Make sure the project within the approved budget. Make sure any change to the project in regards to time and technical implementation to be approved by the client and acknowledged by the involved parties.
- Cooperate with the Accountant to invoice the client timely and correctly.
- Follow up with client including surveys about the quality of the projects to ensure high satisfaction.
- Share the client’s feedback with the departments and propose continuous improvement areas of the involved parties (if any).
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.
- For this position, you will report to Head of Digital.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Have worked either as software developer or tester in few years.
- Have quality focus mindset and enjoy on new technical researches
- At least 3 years of project management experience in Software/ Digital Services Industry and 2 years of Project Manager position in an Agile software development.
- Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management.
- Excellence in communication skills, exceptional presentation and client-related skills.
- Very good spoken and written command of English (at least TOEIC 800).
- Outstanding skills of organizational, planning and management, problem solving and leadership.
- Open and creative characteristic with ideas moving people for innovative solutions, directing project members through phrases of various projects.
- Positive thinker who creates a dynamic and challenging working environment.
- Confidence, self-motivation, result and client orientation, capability of multi-tasking, flexible and team-player.
