Mô tả công việc :

Reporting to: Korean Manager
Department: HR-GA
Job Purpose:
• Conduct job exposure analyses to ensure safe work environments according to EHS standards.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and administer safety and health programs.
• Ensure that all employees are get health – care.
The main job responsibilities
• To look after the plant safety by way of identifying unsafe acts & conditions
• Hazard & Site Evaluation
• Knowledge of plant safety
• Knowledge of Process Safety & Chemical Safety
• Notify EH& of critical accidents, unsafe conditions or work refusals.
• Ensure all staff receive the information with respect to
o Fire Safety
o Chemical Safety
o Radiation Safety
o Biohazard Safety
o First Aid Training
o Mandatory Training (base on Viet Nam Law)
• Work as part of a leadership team, and work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance teams,
• Report to senior management, and also accountable to external health and safety regulators such as those from government agencies.
• Safety about Fire Fighting jobs

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Needs education
- University
- Understand about ISO9000/ ISO1400/ OHSAS 18001/ Standards System
- Good understand about RBA standards
* Prior work experience
- Experiences: at least 3 years in EHS A.Mgr position of Production Company
* Skills & Knowledge
- Good at English skills
- Good at Computer using skills
- Good at communication & teamwork skills
- Good understand about VN Law
