PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The position exists to plan and manage activities that facilitate the ELT Consultant team’s ability to secure and maintain business in order to maximise return on activities as well as manage the country business development strategies. In addition, the role involves close management of distributors and business partners to enable individual distributor revenue targets to be achieved through effective customer relationship management, implementation of strategies and alignment of marketing campaigns.
The role encompasses demonstration of leadership and relationship skills in order to manage members of the ELT Consultant team and share initiatives and experience to facilitate achievement of company objectives.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Produce the annual ELT business development plan to decide segment objectives and create specific segment strategies in order to achieve the company annual target.
2. Work closely with marketing manager to implement marketing strategies.
3. Assign territory and segment targets to the ELT Consultant team to ensure that both existing and potential customers are managed effectively.
4. Develop and set mutually agreed measurable objectives with individual members of the ELT Consultant team to achieve the team target.
5. Create an environment and processes where ELT Consultants are allowed to manage and measure themselves to a standard to aid motivation and performance measurement.
6. Manage the processes that support activities to ensure the ELT Consultant team have the relevant tools they need to perform and report effectively.
7. Develop and set mutually agreed measurable objectives with individual distributors to achieve the distributor annual revenue target.
8. Ensure that distributors and partners have the tools needed for their sales and marketing teams to work effectively based on mutually agreed objectives and plans.
9. Abide by all company rules and regulations relating to and not limited to statutory obligations, ethics and code of conduct. Undertake any additional task reasonably assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree
• Five years’ experience of working in the ELT publishing industry in a customer facing capacity and minimum 2 years’ experience in manager position.
• Demonstrate a consistent and proven track record of achieving individual and company objectives through managing a territory, a team and fulfilment of activity plans.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the Vietnam ELT market, distributors, customers, prospects, product and trends.
• Be able to clearly demonstrate consultative techniques that lead to product positioning in meetings with customers and prospects.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
• Willing to travel extensively as requested
