An international e-learning platform for kids needs a smart, adaptable and passionate educator, with experience creating pacing guides and curriculum in the ESL space. For this role we need a native English speaker who ideally has some direct teaching experience.
Were a great and fast-growing Vietnamese company. Performance appraisals every six months with salary raises, midday nap time, a diverse team of entrepreneurs and enthusiastic educators and technologists, and a casual office environment for starters.
You should consider yourself a language assessment & curriculum developer with an education, language or assessment background in areas that include assessment design, TESOL understanding, educational research or relevant topics—ideally for kids aged 5-12. Plus, you need to be adept at using the computer programs typical to do this kind of work.

The types of things youll work on include:
• Analyzing scope and sequence of curriculum lines
• Designing item types for lesson plans, homework, video script, assessments and writing test plans
• Writing and reviewing tests
• Supporting the implementation of pilot studies and field tests
• Supporting the teaching hiring and training team
• Working with cross functional teams in building new features for an app that will help millions of kids

Yêu cầu công việc :

Requirements:
• Native English speaker who has an advanced command of the language.
• Ideally: Minimum bachelor’s degree in language assessment, TESOL, education, curriculum design or a related field; master’s degree preferred
• Will consider: Bachelors degree in a language or communications field and minimum three years experience teaching English online or off, and/or curriculum development
• Experience in ESL test development, curriculum development, and research
• Ability to meet fast-moving and sometimes changing deadlines, handling diverse tasks simultaneously and prioritizing as needed
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and self motivational skills
• Experience in research and data analysis, both academic and (supporting) visual
