You will be a finance manager with great opportunity to enhance leadership skills and potential career progression.
Description
* Play a key role as an effective business partner with other departments in manufacturing and business system implementations.
* Manage the yearly and quarterly budget and forecast cycles, and steering the operation teams to achieving the annual operating plan or financial goals.
* Manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly operations review and management reporting process to corporate team.
* Oversee full sets of accounts and the preparation of annual reports according to local statutory requirements
* Manage the yearly and quarterly Capital expenditure planning and capital release process.
* Assessing risks in new and existing deals, informing and educating stakeholders on such risks, getting involved in pricing decisions for new and existing clients
* Design efficient work processes and drive value creations by recommending creative and efficient business solutions.
Profile
* Finance, Accounting or Commercial university degree, other qualifications (ACCA, CPA) are strong plus.
* Minimum 6 years operations finance experience in a leadership role, experience in a manufacturing facility is desired.
* Strong understanding of complex manufacturing process, partnering operations team on driving plant profitability, and deep knowledge of product costing and gross margin analysis.
* Good problem solving and strong leadership ability
* Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate the companys financial visions, and driving the financials of the company to optimal performance.
* Excellent English and Vietnamese communication, good knowledge of Vietnamese tax and financial regulations.
