Mô tả công việc :

Manage industrial engineer team.
Maintain direct and indirect labor standards.
Assist related departments in building schedules: machines analysis, work centers analysis, manpower constraint.
Improve productivity and efficiencies.
Manage cost savings projects, measure job content as necessary.
Develop layouts for new products or style changes as necessary.
Train and develop industrial engineers.
Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes.
Maintains material utilization.
Leading process improvement & cost saving target at production area.
Managing new style introduction processes.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Garment manufacturing IE background with good knowledge on lean and kaizen.
Team work mindset and can work independently.
Can learn new thing.
Can work in factory which is around 40km ~ 60km from Hanoi City.
Local Vietnamese candidate only.
