Mô tả công việc :

- Follow up turnover GL, accrual/reverse rebate/ early payment based on agreement which offered to customers
- Make turnover report & sale ledger.
- Update taxation regular, company ’s polices about taxation, finance
- Advise other departments to compliance with taxation regular & company ’s polices
- Follow up payable to authorities (VAT, PIT, CIT): Calculate VAT, WHT tax, get PIT from HR to make payment order. Reflect right tax GL account. Working with taxation whenever
- Get data from other department to make stock report. Make provision for decline stock
- Control & check manual posting data to ensure that data right posted in system
- Regularly check expenses ensure that expenses are posted into right GL account & right cost center.
- Prepare accounting report, reconcile data to ensure that balance in report are the same with balance in sub ledger
- Follow some payable sub ledger for employee.
- Follow some projects of Finance team (HCM assign)

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University Graduate in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 year experiences in general accountant
- Must be able to perform large amounts of numerical details work with speed and accuracy
- Must be able to cooperate & communicate
- Fluent in English (Reading& writing)
- Master with Microsoft office & SAP
