Mô tả công việc :

- To monitor PG/Sell-Out team in order to achieve sales out target in assigned area
- Manage shop stock in order to minimize the stock shortage problem
- Ensure that merchandising at shop front is in line with company direction. Forecast POSM quantity for assigned area
- To monitor competitor’s activities and report to Line Manager
- Coordinate and concern other parties relating to Pricing, promotion, stock, company news
- Product training and selling skills training
- Prepare weekly sales out report, display report and monthly report to support team
- Solve any problems at retail shops
- Other task from Line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- 02 Years Experience in PG-Merchandiser Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Fluent in English & Good at Microsoft Office.
- Be able to go business trip
- Required Skill(s): Front line solving problem performance, Product knowledge, Stock management, Selling skills, Understand the business direction, Negotiation skills
