We are looking for an enthusiastic & talented Human Resources C&B to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as admin, compensation and benefits.
If you are looking to kickstart your career in HR (C&B), this is the place to be. Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR.
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities
• Manage salary payment to company accuracy and on time
• Manage labor contract of all managers and headquarter officer
• Conduct PIT and PIT finalization report monthly/yearly
• Manage social insurance and labor cost
• Analysis labor cost and report to all team manager as requested
• Liaise with external partners, like 24/24 insurance vendors, health insurance company and ensure legal compliance
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Prepare company policies and ensure employees adhere to such policies
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Employment Engagement - Organize company activities, team building,etc
• Other task will be assigned by HR Head, CEO

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Proven experience as HR Generalist, C&B senior, or relevant role
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Very strong experience in C&B
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws, work visa for expats
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent communication and people skills
