Mô tả công việc :

Interior Designer is responsible for designing, measuring, drafting layouts and drawings of components, assemblies and systems from specifications, source control drawings, sketches, models, prototypes or verbal instructions for both new and existing kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom design.
The Interior Designer position is responsible for creating and maintaining packaging design and sales support tools as directed to increase sales and profitability. This position will work with members of sales and sales support, marketing department and others to ensure continuity in marketing & sales strategies.
Design & consulting
-Coordinate and manages interior design projects on kitchen, wardrobe, and bathroom.
- Plan and design interior for kitchen, wardrobe & bathroom directly or not with customers
- Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function
- Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination
- Consult customers with main focus on bathroom, wardrobe, and kitchen designs and product specifications and to liaise with contractors and supervise construction and product installation.
- Develop detailed designs plans/ solutions, and material selections
- Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval
- Focus on planning, functional design, and effective use of space involved in this profession, as compared to interior decorating.
- Facilitate the basic layout of spaces within a building as well as projects that require an understanding of technical issues such as acoustics, lighting, temperature, etc.
- Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings. Draw detailed or technical illustrations.
- Use internal software solutions, AutoCAD, SketchUp and related software to produce construction documents
Implementation
- Provide measuring support when requested to ensure work accuracy
- Coordinate with constructors for outstanding works, planning and organizing the design projcesses.
- Manage the design projects onsite including finalizing design plans, specifying materials, supervising the work as it is carried out.
Report
- Evaluate the design projects and analyze feedback for continuous improvements.
- Communicate timely the interior design projects’ status and propose improvement solutions where needed.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, fine arts or related-fields.
- At least two (02) years of experience in the related fields.
- Conceptual understanding of interior design.
- Skilled at design software and applications.
- The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
- Intelligent, outgoing, sales driven.
- Creativity and imagination
- An eye for design, including color, and good 3D awareness
- Understanding of brands and brand positioning.
- Work independently and under high pressure.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English
- Good computer literacy (MS-Office, CAD, SketchUp, ERP Software).
