Mô tả công việc :

Dock process: pre-carriage & on-carriage process
- Update & inform rate quotation timely, correctly to master account for system update
- Update 100% TO for barging & trucking into LARA system
- Cancel & re-update TO for barging & trucking for another purpose such as B/L split, volumes correction from internal partners
- Order trucking, barging to vendors following CMA contract
- Guide & manage vendors, pick up MTY & laden drop-off properly
- Follow up trucking, barging process
- Communicate to all concerned parties for intermodal process
- Verify invoices by the end of month
- Collect data & do report for intermodal process
- Attend timely to all issues related to intermodal job

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Working experience: about 1 year working experience in the similar position in shipping companies or freight forwarder companies
- Education: Bachelor/College degree in Sea Transportation/ International Business/ Export-Import...
- Have a good knowledge of logistics
- Skills: interpersonal skill, time management, problem solving
- Personalities: careful, result oriented, proactive, hard-working, good negotiation skills
- English: able to communicate in English and good at writing
- Computer: good at MS Office (Excel, Word...)
- Accepting to solve issues via mobile phone after working time
