Mô tả công việc :

1. Main duties
- Follow up Store performance to timely detect any abnormal result at each Store.
- Do analysis as well as gathering informations from other sources to determine root causes.
- Conduct investigation to find out the reasons that impact to Store performance and report to IC manager.
- Suggest for countermeasures based on investigation result.
- Support IC manager in implementing the improvement actions.
- Follow up improvement process and retaining process as assigned by IC manager.
- Support IC Manager to build up management system as recommended by Internal Audit Department or assigned by Board of Directors. Corporate with related managers to maintain the effective operating of these systems.
- Support Internal Control Manager in preparing documentation for listed project.
2. Rule and regulation:
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Compliance with company code of conduct as well as professional ethics
3. Other duties
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Internal Control Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree of Accounting, Finance or business administration.
- Minimum 02 year experience in auditing field.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Excellent at Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Power point
- Ability to build relationships with related departments
- Good at communication skill, especially in English
- Good at analysis skill and logical thinking
- Ability to work independently
- Straight and honest
- Dynamic and enthusiasm
