Think Global Logistics is a young freight company established in 2014. Our head office is in Sydney, Australia. With an aim to expand our businesses in Vietnam, we are looking for an International Logistics Operations Specialist who will work in our Ho Chi Minh office from May 2019
As an International Logistics Operations Specialist you are expected to have at minimum 2 years working experience in International freight forwarding operations. Experience in VNACCS is an advantage
** Your duties will include the below functions and responsibilities:
1) Job registration
2) Import/export sea/air freight handling
3) Cartage co-ordination
4) Customs clearance co-ordination
5) Invoicing
6) Customer Service
7) Data analysis
You will be using TGL appointed software system to facilitate your duties. A critical aspect of your role is to provide exemplary customer service to TGL clients and to ensuring their shipments are managed and executed smoothly without error.

1) University graduated, major in Foreign Trade, International Business or Maritime
2) Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill)
3) Attention to detail
4) Quicker learner
5) Ability to work independently
6) Excellent time management skill.
7) Strong work ethics
8) High sense of responsibility and urgency
