Mô tả công việc :

We are planning to recruit one JUNIOR LEGAL CONSULTANT working at Ho Chi Minh Head Office with the following responsibilities and duties:
- Preparing and providing the legal documents relevant to the application of investment certificate, work permit, temporary residence card and Visa;
- Seeking for investment revenue (factory, office,…). Supporting the investors in negotiating, signing and notarization procedure of factory, office leasing contract;
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations;
- Working and creating a good relationship with the authorities.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Job Requirement:
- University graduated, major in Law;
- At least 2-3 years experience in Law;
- Travel for the job across the country;
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Being fluent in English (both spoken and written).
