Mô tả công việc :

The corporate lawyer provides legal advices and assist internal clients in commercial legal matters (in banking, finance, e-commerce, labour and training, marketing, IT, purchasing center, public relations, organization and supply chain fields) and in licensing procedures (for domestic and foreign owned companies.
- Draft, negotiate, review application files, contracts, corporate documents, intellectual property rights, labour matters, licensing procedures, organization charts and powers of attorneys etc
- Provide legal advice/support to other internal departments on various legal issues such as corporate operations, purchasing hygiene and security, banking and financial operations, promotion programs, environment, trademarks etc
- Prepare application files for being delivered certificates of land use rights and building ownerships, enterprise registration certificates, investment certificates and any other administrations authorizations whih are necessary for Big C Vietnam Companies’ establishments and operations
- Coordinate procedures to get, amend, complete retail and real estate licenses for Big C Vietnam entities, prepare corporate files such as meeting minutes, Board of Directors and Members’ Councils resolutions and other corporate documents
- Prepare and participate in meetings/negotiations with authorities, landlords, investors, partners, suppliers etc
- Make translations in English and Vietnamese languages if needed.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University degree law or related majors
- Experience: More than 4 years of legal practice, prefer to experience background in retail, commercial or finance sector
- Strong knowledge in commercial, corporate and foreign investment regulations
- Good at English skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attitude: Hardworking, ability to worki under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Good at communication, time management, negotiation; open-minded, ...
