Mô tả công việc :

1/ Freight Forwarding
Working closely with Production Department & Freight Forwarders on day to day operational level to ensure bulk fabrics / goods move according to the confirmed schedule.
Identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce overall shipping costs, including reviewing on a regular basis freight companies and methods of shipping to make sure the logistics solutions are done in a very efficient and cost effective way.
Forecasting and identifying any supply chain issues that may cause delays.
2/Warehouse Coordination
Managing and prioritising warehouse’s workload on daily base to ensure the KPIs of inbound and outbound are achieved
Proactively coordinating among different departments internally (production, merch team, corporate), and externally (warehouse, freight forwarder)
Monitoring warehouse’s performance and provide feedback / suggestion to the business and warehouse
3/Administration
Updating AP21 on regular base for shipments; and monitoring AP21 to ensure smooth data transfer
Creating and maintaining weekly shipment schedule for warehouse
