Purpose & role
The position is responsible to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.
Report to: Technical Manager/Branch Manager
Job Description
Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Technical and SHE, Operation and Sales.
1. Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
2. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
3. Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
Joining some projects of departments.
In training period, Management Trainee still get salary and full benefits.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Graduated: University, priority specialized in Chemicals and Plant Protection field
• Ability to work independently, hard working, under pressure.
• Ability to build a good relationship with all staff
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
• Good 4 skills in English
• Good at Microsoft office
• Fast learning and pro-active to adapt new environment.
• Ready to move and go on field.
