Mô tả công việc :

- Develops and regularly maintains marketing strategies, short- and long-term marketing goals, plans, tactics, and programs based on the budget, a potential of the market, target customers...
- Take charge of marketing management: Strategic and tactical marketing management and planning
- Manage annual goals and budget plans
- Managing and developing staffs of department
- Manage and develop brand and product categories
- Plan and implement to achieve the goal effectively
- Build relationships with key customers
- Other details will be discussed during the interview

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University Degree with Marketing Background or related field
- At least 7 years’ experience in marketing management, Over 5 years of working in management level in the big corporation
- Excellent knowledge of marketing areas such as Branding, Research, ATL, BTL, etc.
- Proven track record in marketing strategies implementation, planning and running successful campaigns and building of the company and product brand
- Strong research and benchmarking skills- ability to use big data and analytics to optimize marketing, advertising and communication strategies
- Project management and planning skills
- Be willing to work in a team environment
- English fluency
