Mô tả công việc :

1. Monthly Mailer & POSM production and Promotion Sales follow-up reporting:
Proactively keep Communication with MDs to gather all promotion information
- Managing the production of all needed POSM: Leaflets, Posters, Flyers, Standees, POP…
- Arranging the Effective Distribution of marketing materials
- Always Conducting Market Research and Monitoring Competitors’ activities to reflect into
Monthly Marketing reports
- Supporting NBD events activities
- Run & Follow up the Mailer Sales performance report, POP & product display report on
Monthly basis
- Accomplishes Marketing and Organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Creating and Developing new Innovative ways to communicate the company message to their
existing customers
2. Digital Marketing & Platform:
Maintain well Wellness Fanpage / Website to enhance more Brand Awareness for Wellness &
Digital Communication with Customers
- Cooperate with all NBD to create more activities at Aeon Platform about Promotion scheme
online, Customer Service improvement, Online Consultant service…
- Preparing Communication materials accordingly for each Promotion events

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University graduated with the major of Marketing, PR or equivalent.
- Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in retail industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
