JOB SUMMARY
Great Opportunity for detailed-oriented person to support the rapid growth of sales, aftermarket and service of Gerber Scientific in Vietnam. This position will be responsible for the Gerber warehouse management, on site and off site inventory in & out and sign off the accuracy.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Manage the floor map, storage location and bin number of the warehouse
• Receive, pack and ship materials for aftermarket and service. Conduct necessary transactions in SAP
• Issue physical materials out of the inventory for aftermarket sales and service demand. Conduct necessary transactions in SAP
• Conduct any inter-plant and consign material movements in SAP and pull materials to proper location
• Communicate with Service to assure the physical inventory in the customer side tie to SAP balance, manage the consignment parts disposition
• Generate monthly inventory report and assure the physical inventory tie to SAP balance
• Manage the local carriers for the delivery on time and safe

Yêu cầu công việc :

• 2-year college (or above) Degree with about 3 years experience in warehouse management or material management in an MRP based manufacturing environment
• Basic communication skills in English, both read and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• SAP experience in MM modules is a strong plus
• Must be detailed-oriented and be sensitive for the inventory accuracy
• Strong team-work spirit. Demonstrated ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, high transaction volume environment supporting requirements from multiple sources
