Mô tả công việc :

• Cài đặt hệ điều hành, hỗ trợ người dùng về các vấn đề kỹ thuật IT.
• Quản trị mạng nội bộ, hệ thống máy tính, tổng đài, camera.
• Tạo mã code vân tay.
• Cài đặt duy trì hệ thống email nội bộ của công ty.
• Hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên về các thiết bị điện tử của văn phòng.
• Quản lý, Sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng máy tính, máy in, fax văn phòng.
• Lên kế hoạch bảo trì, nâng cấp hệ thống, thiết bị định kỳ.
• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

• Infrastructure/Network management: Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within company;
• Help desk and End-user support: Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/ software faults in office and project site offices;
• Manage and maintain company server and computer in good operation.
• Other office tasks as requested such as management of company equipment & instruments.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Aged at 24-30 years old
• Bachelors degree or College in Information technology, Electronics and Telecommunication or relevant disciplines.
• Knowledge of a range of network systems, protocols, and applications.
• Knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN administration in a secure environment
• Knowledge of systems security protocol, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of Install, configure and support network equipment.
• At least 2~3 year experience in IT/ telecommunication industry
• Fair in English, both spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident and team player.
