I. General Info

Working location: HCM City
Salary range: 500$ - 700$
Fresh/intern accepted with allowances (100$ - 200$/ month)
II. Job Description
We are looking for an IT Technical Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, training, and supporting medical IT applications, on-site at hospitals (business travel on a regular basis) .
Responsibilities
• Responsible for medical IT application performance in the field (on-site) and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Performing installation, commissioning, training, application support services and repairs.
• Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
• Provide interaction with customers on the installed IT applications.
• Response to customer service calls.
• Develop relationships with customers in close co-operation with the responsible of sales manager.

III. Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Graduated from IT or Medical Engineering related field of University or College.
• 1+ year experience with IT Service area. Age from 22 - 26 only.
• Good at Network, Window/Linux servers, Hardware specifications.
• Consulting skills of IT related.
• Willing to travel and stay at site as the job requires.
• Experience in medical systems such as Hospital Information System (HIS), Radiologist Information System (RIS) or Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) is a big plus.
• Knowledge in medical devices such as imaging devices (CT, MRI, and X-ray) is also a big plus.
• Good at reading and writing in English.
• Willing to travel on business on a regular basis
