Job Location: Ho Chi Minh (district 2)

POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION
Direct report to Country Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONS
• To make all the bookings and follow them from/with the suppliers
• To follow up your files with the operation team
• To follow, update the contracts with the suppliers such as hotels, vehicles, restaurants, etc…
• To follow-up with the accounting team
• Daily communication with the suppliers, clients (phone calls, emails, skype)
REPORTING:
• To analyze the sales data and booking forecast and to promptly and accordingly take corrective measures

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in the tourism sector
• A proven track record in achieving aggressive growth target and building strong relationships with clients
• Strong English/French language skills (both verbal and written).
• Efficient using MS Office

SALARY
