Mô tả công việc :

List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
1. Take a leading role in inventory management
- Manage a team of inventory analyst and cycle counters
- Manage the implementation of cycle count procedures (on weekly basis), physical inventory count, test inventory roll forward from the physical count date to year-end reporting (yearly basis)
- Ensure inventory receipts and shipment records are complete for local duty drawback claims.
- Monitor and properly control plant waste sales and related reporting
- Manage and follow-up the inventory scorecards reports with relevant department (Planning, Warehouse, Production,…) to drive towards Plant’s inventory KPIs
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory transactions. Reconcile perpetual to G/L inventory monthly
2. Take a leading role in a weekly reporting and analysis of the cost variances
- MUV (Material usage variance) reporting, analyzing & explaining and forecasting
- Conversion cost variance: deliver cost variance analysis and recommendation. Drive for cost savings and tracking.
3. Month-end closing
- Prepare journal vouchers for month end closing. Work with US counterparts in ensuring inventory accounts and intercompany accounts are balanced.
4. Audits
- Involve in the plant audit activities (Safety, 5S…)
- Perform auditing test, self-testing review
- Leading role to work with external auditor
5. Other reports
- Reports for weekly and monthly plant’s performance meeting, staff meetings
- Monthly finance team meetings to drive the team performance

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University graduate (accounting/finance degree preferred). ACCA fundamental modules (F2, F3) is a plus.
- At least 3 to 4 years working experience in the accounting/finance or auditing for large company’s size. Experience in manufacturing with knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, efficiency is a plus.
- Good communication in English, both oral and written
- Good at Microsoft office/excel/PowerPoint...
- Analytical mindset, good time-management, active communication
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and challenging environment
- Work well in team and independently
- High integrity and willing-to learn/to grow mindset
