Mô tả công việc :

Reports to: Export Sales Manager, APAC & Middle East
Department: Sales
General Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Telesales to Japanese customer from a pre-defined list (created by Export Departments).
• Promote Emsa products via phone (there is existing sales script in Vietnamese).
• Gather customer’s person in charge email address.
• Translate incoming and out-going emails from Vietnamese to Japanese and from English to Japanese
• Translate documents from Vietnamese to Japanese and from English to Japanese

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be computer literate.
• Fluent spoken business Japanese
• Proficiency in intermediate business English comprehension
• Confident and friendly manner.
• (optional) Background in foreign trade is preferable.
• Pay by hour: flexible working hours and can be 3 hours/ day (flexible working hours either from 08:00am-11:00am or 01:00pm-04:00pm)
• Can be travel within Viet Nam and accassionary to Japan for work depending on job requirement.
Working place in HCMC Sales Office: Floor 24, E.Town Central, 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
