Mô tả công việc :

• Using popular garment designing softwares (Cad, Gerber, Lectra, Optitex…) for Pattern Design, Pattern Grading, Cutting Lay Planning, Consumption Optimisation. Managing the design process from concept to production of finished collections.
• Develops innovative designs
• Works cross-functionally and timely with Product Development, Tech Design, and Merchandising and sales to determine style, materials, color and to develop a successful product.
• Operates within the given design calendar
• Ability to work closely with other design team members to help design a cohesive collection and runway show.
• Researches and stays on top of current trends & applies trends to product design.
• Researches & sources materials & components, provides feedback and inspiration.
• Oversees artwork and design boards. Ensures that all boards are done timely and meet the calendar deadlines.
• Creates & delivers product presentations.
• Identifies opportunities and makes suggestions for process improvement.
• Base Pattern shall be provided by Manual Pattern Marker/Master for digitising
• Giving marker print outs for bulk cutting
• Stores drawings electronically for later use.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Colledge’s degree in Art or Fashion (Textile, Design, Merchandising, etc.)
• 3+ years design experience.
• An understanding of apparel design and basic business principles
• Strong skills in creative strategy, concept development and creative execution
• Computer litereate individual with knowledge of designing systems, and computer applications
• Good color sense skills
• Technical textile knowledge
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proficient in setting priorities
• High level of initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• English/Korean fluency is a strong plus.
