Mô tả công việc :

1. Support garment fitting process to review paper pattern conformity.
2. Design pattern based on real sample/graphic sketch.
3. Make graded paper pattern before bulk production.
4. Coordinate with related teams in creating pattern for sending to customer.
5. Support related teams in mock-up evaluation.
6. Pattern adjustment for bulk production in case needed.
7. Join pre-production meeting to understand buyers requirements

Yêu cầu công việc :

3-5 years of Paper pattern background. (priority who has experience for underwear garment, special for bra)
Experience to work with complicated tailoring products such as coat, jacket, …
Understand human body construction & fitting sense.
Understand sewing machines & application.
Ability of pattern revise, can read buyers comment.
Understand intimate production process & quality standard.
Knowledge in graphics application, different fabrication / prints.
Use of Gerber system & Paper Pattern knowledge
Sewing knowledge & practical skill
Team work, problem-solving skill with result orientation.
