Mô tả công việc :

- Design of manufacturing processes to reach established targets (capacity, quality, productivity, cost, etc.).
- Management of equipment and tooling for new production lines: searching and selection, procurement, installation, validation, TPM plan and instructions, spare parts information, safety measures and instructions.
- Installation and validation of new production lines, reaching established targets.
- Release new processes related documentation (PFMEA, control plans, working instructions, etc.).
- Management of training program for production team members, and effectiveness validation for new processes.
- Support in manufacturing of samples/prototypes for product validation, when required.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor Degree in Automation, Electronic, Electric or related fields.
- At least 3 years – experiences in manufacturing plastic injection companies
- Have experience with mold for electronic component is advantage
- Have experience with tooling processing is advantage
- Understand deeply how machines and processes work.
- English language, high level writing and medium level speaking.
- Office User level.
