Mô tả công việc :
Power Seller Management is responsible for managing business performance of Power Sellers’ business direction including acquiring Power Sellers, incubating for their growth, planning and implementing category performance and growth. Reporting to Head of Seller Operations, your key responsibilities include:
1. Power Seller Acquisition
Acquire new power sellers such as manufacturers, factories, distributors, import-export traders.
Research and select potential power sellers to grow their online business on Lazada platform.
KAM/ VA agents to hunt what is select in lead center
Manage possibility to add in leads from offline events validated by CM.
2. Incubation
Facilitate offline/ online trainings to learn how to use all tools, prepare for relevant category campaign & flash sales, etc.
Possible extra privileges (extra seller picks quota, etc.) to favor ramp up.
Establish strong relations with sellers and support their performance as their main contact point;
3. Category Management
Build centralize lead bank where we will store leads qualified by new category strategy
Lead Gen effort to identify qualified leads when missing in order to build power seller lead bank.
Yêu cầu công việc :
Qualifications in Business Administration or Marketing.
03 years of industry experience in related-category. Work experience with ecommerce is an advantage.
Strong market orientation – an outward focus toward the sellers and consumers to maximize business results
Strong passion and good knowledge in category-related industry in Vietnam
Key contacts within both international and local brands and retailers;
Strong analytical skills to drive P&L and category performance analysis
Excellent proficiency (spoken & written) in English & Vietnamese.
Excellent oral/written and platform skills, outstanding communication and persuasive skill.
Desire to work in a team environment and foster cross-functional support and learning
Self-motivated, can-do attitude, and passionate for ecommerce and its possibilities
Retail and marketing knowledge experience is a plus.
