Mô tả công việc :

***** PRODUCTION
- Organizing and leading production line (workforce, material, equipment) to meet daily production plan.
- Ensure effective production operation.
- Manage team leaders, workers in shift
- Solving daily conflict base on company work rules
- Follow up closely planning schedule to achieve target requests
- Seek the possibility of production yield improvement and process optimization
- Follow the sections KPI to run efficiency process with safety, low cost, high quality ...
- Support & report to Production Dept. Manager such as: production quantity, productivity, machine operation efficiency and working situation of workers.
***** SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
- Responsible for safe operations in the production area with support of safety team.
- Ensure good housekeeping production area according to company policies and 5S program
***** WORKING RELATIONS
- Reports directly to the Production Dept. Manager
- Communicate with other Teams, Supervisors in the process or other processes for adjustment and co-operation.
- Works cooperatively with other section Supervisors in order to ensure a smooth sample producing flow.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Working shift (3 shift), overtime.(Làm việc theo ca, tăng ca)
- Male/ Female, from 27 ~ 35 years old
- At least 5 year experience in similar position in manufacturing factory
- Good command in English (4 skills)
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
- Bachelor in Mechanical, Industrial Management, Manufacturing
- Leading & Coaching
