Mô tả công việc :

• Visit, evaluate and audit suppliers with a team
• Work in new supplier development projects and lead the process development sub projects with new supplier
• Analyze the production processes of the supplier and work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and force to fulfill them
• Take the responsibility in the complaint management (trouble shooting) by the suppliers in case of actual quality matters and support according the escalation levels of insufficient delivery performances
• Give technical support for the purchasing, and the technical departments
• Monitoring supplier quality development, supplier complaint and supplier performance and pushing improvements on these with supplier
• Other tasks assigned by HOD.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelors Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Quality, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience and technical expertise in sizable manufacturing company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Good communication and cross functional co-ordination skills
• Good command in English (both spoken and written)
• Pro-active, self-discipline, attentive to details and good analytical thinking
