Mô tả công việc :

Work Location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai
1. Plant Quality Gate Moderation
- Participating in production projects (interdisciplinary team) as a core team member
- Coaching projects/project managers about measurement criteria
- Moderating quality gate meeting, tracking of open and overdue measures on GS-IS
- Giving consultation/methodological coaching for planning, preparation, execution and post-processing of quality gates
2. Join in Auditor Pool for Internal Process Audit
- Conduct internal process audit according to VDA6.3
- Review action plans (for lead auditor role)
3. Plant FMEA Moderation (proxy)
- FMEA moderation (project phase, mass production)
- FMEA linewalk moderation
4. Other tasks as assigned by Group Leader

Yêu cầu công việc :

- University graduation or equivalent (technical field is preferred)
- Experience with manufacturing environment more than 03 years
- Experience and interest in Quality Management System is an advantage
- Knowledge & experience on project management is preferred
- Systematic thinking
- Excellent command of English
- Communication & presentation skill
- Careful & detail
