For this role you will be part of team performing all Q.S. duties or trained into QS works including pre and post contract work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Consult with the clients about the cost of building projects
• Study Architects and the engineers building plans
• Measure and estimate building and material costs for projects
• Prepare reports about projected building costs for clients
• Administer the tendering process for contractors and subcontractors
• Visit building sites to monitor to progress and to check that the work is to budget
• Recalculate costs if the design or material changes
• Certify progress claims from contractors
• Manage the payments for contractors and suppliers
• Prepare a statement of final account recording the actual costs of the project
• Offer services in value management, comparing building costs to similar buildings.
• Consult with other construction industry professionals

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Education Requirments
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction or equivalent subject.
* Skills required:
The ideal candidate must have Experience or willing to undergo training to develop his/her skill:
• Reading building plans and estimating building and material costs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for Vietnamese and intermediate verbal and written communication skills for English
• Problem solving and negotiation skills
• Maths and basic accounting skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good Knowledge of Standard forms of Construction Contract.
• Analysing outcomes and issuing regular detailed progress reports.
• An understanding of delivery techniques in regulated markets.
• Intermediate skill in Excel & MS Word
• Autocad 2016 or latest version
• Time management skills
• Multi-tasking skills
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Team player
