Mô tả công việc :

Responsible in growing the service network of the company from scouting for prospective partners to screening of prospects and accreditation of qualified authorized service partners & logistics partners.
Coordinate with sales to determine focus areas and brands as well as logistics heatmapping.
Closely work with service network (repair & logistics partners) to ensure they are providing the services within the SLA and as required by AmTrust.
Monitor TAT, Quality, and Severity performance of repair partners. Endorse priority partners or give sanctions if necessary.
Monitor TAT, pick-up, and delivery performance of logistics partners. Endorse priority partners or give sanctions if necessary.
Ensure a smooth work process between internal repair team and repair partners
Ensure a smooth work process between internal logistics team and logistics partners
Resolve repairer issues escalated by internal repair & logistics team.
Responsible in growing the Replacement Supplier network of the company and ensure these partners comply with the requirements of AmTrust.
Responsible in growing the LSP & 3rd Party Logistics network of the company and ensure these partners comply with the requirements of AmTrust.
Manage dealer/supplier to ensure they are fully utilized for 24-hour repairs.
Manage Captive Riders (if required) to ensure they are fully utilized for 24-hours pick-up & delivery.
Ensure adequate supply of spare parts for dealer use.
Initiate forecasting and procurement of spare parts and Captive repair usage.
Engage with lateral reports and other departments for policy or process formulation and improvements.
Ensure timely payment of billing from repair & logistics partners and replacement suppliers.

Yêu cầu công việc :

A basic degree or part or completed related professional qualification.
3 years experience in supply chain management or relevant qualification.
Strong literacy and numerical skills.
Computer literacy: MS Office applications
Highly developed negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Experience of working within a supply chain environment.
Ability to show strong leadership to areas / functions outside of trading.
Strong networking capability and influence.
