JOB DESCRIPTION

Yamaha is looking for a Product Marketing to implement Music business field initiatives that will deliver on the department/division and company goals and objectives. In addition, the successful candidate will work with agencies to launch campaigns and analyze the effectiveness of each campaign in order to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Yamaha Music Vietnam will open the first direct store newly, where has the function of retail and Music school. We would like to realize not only sales and school also make it as promotional action trial point, we are looking for the person who is strongly interested in this our new venue for realizing Yamaha Value.

Position: Retail Manager (Music instrument store)

Working time: 9:00AM – 8:00PM, Night Shift and weekend job with Rotation

II. Job Description:
1. Yamaha shop activity management
- Do sales action at storefront for leading the members and make sure your salespeople are doing everything they should be doing to successfully close sales.
- Ensure that the sales floor operations function smoothly.
- Review the performance of your salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements., and Assist salespeople in the selling operation
- Estimate sales forecast periodically with analyzing market situation and action plan.
- With following to YMVN general sales promotion, realize campaign and promotional action at storefront.
- Make plan and realize Promotional plan with combining Music School.
- Corporate to Internal Music school and consider effective sales scheme for school customers.
- Create business by networking with teachers/schools outside, and community organizations
- Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related to your store.
- Promote customer loyalty
- Mission stating for the staff and follow up through periodical meeting.
- Offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.
- Manage sales
- Maintain appropriate inventory level to achieve sales budget and make balance for financial status of the store.
- Administrate inventory for selling and demo units, also asset equipment for the store general.
- Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet these objectives.
- Use these to help your salespeople maximize their potential.
- Achieve forecasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) a written plan of action.
2. Managing Music school:
- Starting up the music school, manage dedicated staff and teachers to achieve given KPI.
- Students management:
• Establishing service for school members (students) for raising registration/retention.
• Organizing activity to get New registration in 1st year.
- Teacher management:
• Periodical training teachers with cooperating headquarter.
• Recruiting teachers when opening new course.
• General Teacher HR management.
3. Administration management:
- Design and implement retail shop & music school policies and procedures.
- Ensure all operations at retail shop & music school are complied with the policies and procedures.
- Recruiting staffs, providing orientation and training for new employees.
- Maintain staffs job result by coaching, counseling, and discipline employees. Planning, monitoring and appraising staffs.
- Preparing budget, forecast, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances
- Other jobs related to the operation of retail shop and music school.

Education and Experience:
- At least 5 experience years in Sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Musical Instruments Store Experience highly appreciated.
- Graduated from University with major in Business Administration, Economics, and Education…
- English (Advance)
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office
