Mô tả công việc :

- Daily supervision of retail outlet, including sales, staff, stock .
- Follow targets assigned by a company management, ensure company rules and standards are followed
- General work description:
• Recruit and training sale staff
• Supervise & control sale staff to follow up company standards ( store visual / hygiene /display regulations / company culture)
• Implementing marketing activities in accordance with company’s strategy into the retail chain system
• Together with management team create EVENT agenda for the retail chain
• Guide and supervise the implementation of marketing/promotion at shops
• Sale statistic basic analytics and supervising of moving products between warehouse to shops / between shops.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Salary: Negotiate
• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, etc
• Fluently communication in English
• 5 years experiment in training, supervising sale staff in fashion area
• Capable in planning and accessing product needs
• Accepting to go on business trips to outside province shops
