Mô tả công việc :

• Ensure outlets operate in accordance to company’s expectations and strategic objectives
• Responsible for aspects of retail operations, including managing of manpower allocations, managing & motivating of retail staffs, stock level monitoring, and etc
• Increasing of sales revenue and managing operation flow efficiency
• Ensure & maintain products quality standard
• Assist and setting up of new outlets

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in F&B retail operation management
• Possesses a mature & independent personality with positive work attitude
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English or Chinese
