Mô tả công việc :
Location: Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Nha Trang, HCM, Cần Thơ
- Build & maintain a good relationship with the bank partners;
- Motivate and train bank staff and sales force;
- Participate in planning, leading the team to implement company’s strategies and processes.
Duties:
- Take responsibility to develop the team;
- Achieve sales target of the whole team and team members as well;
- Conduct team meetings;
- Provide training and support for your sales staff;
- Work closely with internal departments to deliver high service standard to customers and partners;
- Appraise staff and provide development plans for team;
- Keep track of quality and business results.
Yêu cầu công việc :
- Bachelor degree is required;
- 3 years experience in insurance, banking, finance sectors;
- Experience in leading a sales team;
- Good leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
