Mô tả công việc :

- Dynamic leadership style, possessing excellent communication and decision making skills and an astute business acument
- Knowledge of travel industry, current market trends and economic factors
- Review Sales performance of hotels in comparison with Targets
- Analyze S&M activities of hotels and report to Hospitality Division Director
- Review working structure of S&M department in hotels to improve efficiency
- Initiate monthly action plan to maintain and improve S&M activities/ hotel business base on each hotels situation and analysis
- Responsible for digital marketing strategy and optimal performance.
- Other tasks as requested by Director of Division

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Educational background: Graduated from Marketing or Business Management fields
- Specialized: Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales/marketing/hospitality profession
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience
- Knowledge: Hotel, travel, marketing, sales, PR
- Other skills: Strong media, presentation and computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
